气相色谱法分析2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁酰胺

摘要

A method for the quantitative analysis of 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbu- tyramide by GC with DB-1701 capillary column, o-xylene as internal standard and FID detector was described. The resuits showed that the linear correlation coefficient for 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbu- tyramide were 0. 9997 and 1. 000, the standard deviation were 0.19 and O. 22, the variation coefficient were 0.20% and 0.24%. The method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear corre-lations, is an ideal analysis method.%采用DB-1701毛细管柱，以邻二甲苯为内标物，用氢火焰离子化检测器对2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明：2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2，3-二甲基丁酰胺线性相关系数为分别0．9997和1．000，标准偏差为0．19和0．22，变异系数为0．20％和0．24％。该方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点，是较理想的分析方法。
