复合材料构件热压罐成型制造技术专利分析

         

摘要

The usage and application of composite materials in advanced aircraft structures have become an important measure of one of the indicators, combined with enhanced awareness of patent protection, the number of patents about composite molding manufacturing technology is rapidly growing , The State Intellectual Property Office, the United States and European patents database were Searched for patents about "autoclave molding composite component manufacturing technol- ogy", with the method of quantitative analysis to study the technical status and development trends. The main content include: the time distribution of patent applications and spatial distribution, and information about the major patent holders, suggestions for the implementation of patent strategy are given.%复合材料在飞机上的用量和应用部位已成为衡量飞机结构先进性的重要指标之一,加之专利保护意识的增强,复合材料制造技术领域的专利数量迅速增长。本文利用国家知识产权局、美国及欧洲三大专利数据库,针对复合材料构件热压罐成型制造技术的发明专利,采用专利计量分析的方法,分析其技术现状及发展趋势。主要包括:专利申请的时间分布和空间分布,主要专利权人及其专利文献相关信息,并给出我国实施专利战略的一些建议。
