电磁加热技术及其在热固性玻璃钢生产中的应用

         

摘要

塑料及玻璃钢的生产常用到电加热单元,特别是采用模具成型,其加热效能,会直接影响到产品的质量。国内目前主要采用传统的电阻丝加热,其缺点是效率低、加热不均匀。一些企业尝试采用电磁加热,也因使用电磁加热技术不当,不能保证连续生产而放弃。本文以电磁加热原理为基础,探讨了在热同性玻璃钢生产中电磁加热控制器的优化及保证电磁加热高效稳定运行的方法。%The production of glass fiber reinforced plastics and electrical heating unit were ususually used, especially molding by the mould, the heating performance will directly affect the quality of the product. Now the traditional resistance wires were mainly used to heat in China. The drawback is low efficiency, uneven heating. Some companies try to electromagnetic heating, and improper use of electromagnetic heating technology, which can not guarantee continuous production , so it was given up. In this paper, based on the principle of electromagnetic heating, explored in the production of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting electromagnetic heating controller optimization and ensure the efficient and stable operation of electromagnetic heating methods.
