复合材料耐低温耐腐蚀性能研究(I)

         

摘要

The development of a low temperature - corrosion resistant resin - based composite materials, denoted S2/ EpD. The materials at low temperature -40℃ two fluorocarbons (denoted by Fa, Fb) were soaked in 1 000h, its interlaminar shear strength retention rate of more than 85%, and the composite was no significant change in appearance. S2/EpD composite unidirectional ring in the Fa fluorocarbon immersion 1000h, the interlaminar shear strength retention rate was 86.4% ; Fb fluorocarbon soak in 1 000h, the interlaminar shear strength retention rate was 90.3 %. S2/EpD composite materials using self - made epoxy/anhydride formulation, to high - strength glass fiber ( S2 ) for the reinforced material, produced by wet filament winding molding.%研制了一种耐低温耐腐蚀树脂基复合材料,记为S2/EpD。该材料在低温-40℃的两种氟碳化合物(记为Fa、Fb)里分别浸泡1000h后,其层间剪切强度保持率均大于85%,且复合材料外观无显著变化。S2/EpD复合材料单向环在Fa氟碳化合物里浸泡1000h后,层间剪切强度保持率为86.4%;在Fb氟碳化合物里浸泡1000h后,层间剪切强度保持率为90.3%。S2/EpD复合材料采用自制环影酸酐配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作。
