国产间位芳纶纸蜂窝吸水率及其对力学性能的影响研究

         

摘要

对苏州芳磊蜂窝复合材料有限公司使用国产芳纶纸制造的3种常见规格的间位芳纶纸蜂窝的吸水率和其对压缩性能的影响进行了试验和分析。结果表明,这3种规格蜂窝的吸水率平均在3.4%左右,与杜邦纸生产的Nomex蜂窝的吸水率一致,低于空客的指标值,与吸水前的压缩强度相比,吸水后的压缩强度保持率平均为92%,性能值完全满足GJB 1874-1994中对飞机结构用芳纶纸基蜂窝芯材规范和SAE AMS3711E Core,Honeycomb,Fi-brous,Aramid Base,Phenolic Coated 对蜂窝湿态压缩强度的要求。%The water absorption of three type common meta-aramid paper honeycomb specimens manufactured by Aramicore Composite Co .,LTD with China ’ s aramid paper was investigated ,together with its effect on mechanical proper-ties of these honeycomb specimens .Results showed that these honeycomb specimens only take water about 3.4%,in accord-ance with that of DuPONT ’ s Nomex paper honeycomb in the corresponding specifications ,but lower than the of index value specified in Airbus industris material specification honeycomb cores phenolic resin impregnated technical specification . Compressive strength of these specimens after dipped in water at 23℃ for 24h could keep a average 92% of that before dipped in water ,which fully satisfy the requirements of wet compressive strength of aramid paper based honeycomb specified in either GJB 1874-1994 Specification for honeycomb core material of aramid paper base for aircraft structural applications or SAE AMS3711E Core,Honeycomb,Fibrous,Aramid Base,Phenolic Coated.
