VARTM 制备玻纤布／环氧板材及其力学性能研究

摘要

Technology of using VARTM preparation of glass fiber cloth /epoxy plate and test its mechanical properties and Tg .The results showed that in the same thickness ,with increasing glass fiber cloth layer ,2 layers、3layers and 4 layers of single/double epoxy impregnating plate tensile/flexural strength and modulus showed a trend of increase .The fracture strain value change is not obvious .DSC differential thermal testing show that impregnating plate Tg associated with curing process .%采用VARTM工艺制备玻纤布／环氧板并测试其力学性能和Tg。结果显示：在板厚相同时，随玻纤布铺层数递增，2层、3层和4层单／双环氧浸渍板的拉伸／弯曲强度和模量呈增大趋势，断裂应变值变化不明显。 DSC差热测试表明浸渍板的Tg高低与固化工艺有关。
