This paper through the autoclave molding process preparation of glass fiber reinforced high density polyethy -lene ( HDPE) composite material ,focus on the impact of the material performance and thermal stability were studied .The results show that with the improvement of glass fiber mass fraction ,composite material showed a trend of first increases and then the impact resistance ,and the glass fiber the best when the mass fraction of 30%;With impact energy increases ,the composites showed a trend of first increases and then the impact resistance ,and at the age of 35 J energy to achieve the best.Thermal stability of the resin material because of glass fiber reinforced has been raised .%通过热压罐成型工艺制备了玻璃纤维增强高密度聚乙烯( HDPE)复合材料,重点对材料的冲击性能以及热稳定性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:随着玻纤质量分数的提高,复合材料冲击性能呈现先增大后减小趋势,并在玻纤质量分数为30%时最佳;随着冲击能量增大,复合材料冲击性能呈现先增大后减小趋势,并在35 J能量时达到最佳。树脂材料的热稳定性也因为玻璃纤维的增强有了一定提高。
