蒙乃尔合金铸铜水套工业化实验关键技术研究

         

摘要

介绍了蒙乃尔合金铸铜水套工业化实验工艺流程,分析了工艺流程中的难点及问题,通过研究煨制异形蒙乃尔管和非真空条件下纯铜熔炼工艺,设计合理的水套合箱浇铸方案,成功开发的铜基蒙乃尔管合金水套,水套无间隙度96.24%符合要求。经客户试用后,使用寿命可达7个月。能有效延长我国有色、黑色冶金冶炼炉的寿命,提高产量,并同时提升我国铜深加工产业生产规模与技术水平。%The Monel alloy cast copper water jacket industrialization experimental process was introduced . The difficulties and problems in the process are analyzed . The Monel alloy cast copper water jacket have been made by researching stewing shaped Monel pipes and copper smelting process under non -vacuum condition , designing Reasonable water box casting scheme .Water gap degree reached 96 .24% to meet the requirement . After the trial of the customer , the life is up to 7 months . It can effectively extend the life of the non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy furnace ,increase production and improve the scale and technical level of copper deep processing industry in china .
