This study establish a mathematical model for evaluation of the uncertainty in determination of 5 kinds of nitroimidazoles residues in foodstuffs of animal origin by high performance liquid-MS/MS (LC-MS/MS),and analyze the uncertainty of different sources such as sample weighting,filtrating,the standard curve fitting,measuring repeatability and LC-MS/MS quantify.By calculating the components of all uncertainties,relative combined standard uncertaintyand expand uncertainty,we obtain a report of uncertainty of nitroimidazoles.The results show that the main source of the uncertainty comes from the standard curve fitting and LC-MS/MS quantify.%建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源性食品中5种硝基咪唑类药物残留量的不确定度评估数学模型,以甲硝唑为例,分别对测量过程中的样品称量、样品前处理、标准曲线定量、重现性和偏差及仪器定量等不同来源的不确定度进行分析评定,计算得到该方法测定硝基咪唑类药物残留量的相对合成不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果表明,标准曲线定量和仪器定量对该方法不确定度的贡献最大.
