氧平衡对铵梯油炸药爆炸性能影响的理论分析

摘要

The mathmatical model for formulation design of AN-TNT-FO commercial explosives was studied．Theoretical heat of detonation and toxic gas volume at different oxygen balance value were calculated．The results shown that when the oxygen balance decreases from -0．2％to -4．7％,the theoretical heat of detonation is decreased from 4094．98 Jkg－1 to 3731．78 kJkg－1and the toxic gas volume is increased from 0．61 Lkg－1 to 61．33 Lkg－1 respectively．%通过建立铵梯油工业炸药配方设计的数学模型,计算在不同氧平衡条件下炸药的理论爆热和有毒气体排放量，得出如下结论：随着铵梯油工业炸药的氧 平衡由－0．2％下降至－4．7％，炸药的理论爆热由4094．98　kJ*kg －1降低至3731．78　kJ*kg－1，炸药爆炸后的有毒气体排放量由0 ．61　L*kg升至61．33　L*kg－1。
