硝酸钾改性及其在烟火药中的应用

     

摘要

通过添加改性剂,在真空结晶的条件下对硝酸钾进行了改性处理,使硝酸钾的堆积密度由0.9g/cm3降低到0.7g/cm3,改善了硝酸钾的抗结块性.实验证明改性后的硝酸钾用于烟火药中,烟火药的吸湿率由0.10%降低到0.06%,鞭炮的烧成率由82%提高到88%,声级值由98.3dB提高到101.5dB.%In the vacuum crystallization condition the modification of potassium nitrate made its bulk density reduced from 0.9g/cm3 to 0.7g/cm3 through the addition of modifiers, which improved the ability of caking resistance. Results of experiments show that with the application of modified potassium nitrate in pyrotechnic composition, the hydroscopicity of pyrotechnic composition decreased from 0.10% to 0.06% , the burned ratio of firecrackers increased from 82% to 88% , and the sound level of the firecrackers increased from 98.3 dB to 101.5dB.
