根据横向效应增强型侵彻弹(PELE)和陶瓷材料的特性,提出了用增韧处理过的Al2 O3陶瓷做为PELE弹体的设想,并运用LS-DYNA软件对外壳材料为陶瓷的PELE侵彻靶板进行了数值计算.计算结果表明,陶瓷外壳的PELE在1280m/s的速度下穿透2mm装甲钢薄靶板后能够产生明显的横向效应.相对于普通金属外壳PELE,陶瓷PELE具有质量轻便、价格低廉、易于大量装备等优势.%According to the properties of PELE and ceramic materials, the conceive of toughening treated A12O3 ceramic as PELE Shell was proposed, and LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the process of ceramic shell PELE penetrate target plate. The calculation result show that ceramic PELE could produce obvious lateral effect when penetrating through 2mm armor steel at 1280m/s. Relative to ordinary metal PELE, ceramic PELE has advantages of light weight, low cost, and easy to be largely equipped, etc.
