基于精确延时的基坑开挖爆破振动控制研究

         

摘要

In order to control the blasting vibration in precise time delay blast,the elastic wave based theory gives a reasonable formula of millisecond delay interval, which applied for the onsite measured signal analysis in combination with the excavation of foundation pit engineering. The results show that: the instantaneous energy is less when the millisecond delay interval inside the holes is 4 ms and between the holes is 12 ms, which is advantageous to the vibration control of the blasting. Under short millisecond delay interval, the blasting seismic wave energy can be greatly reduced, and the blasting vibration energy distribution is optimized and tends to approach the high-frequency regions.%为了控制精确延时爆破时的爆破振动,基于弹性本波理论给出了合理的毫秒延时间隔时间计算公式,并结合基坑开挖工程,对现场实测信号进行分析。结果表明:孔内毫秒延时间隔为4 ms和孔间毫秒延时间隔为12 ms时的瞬时能量较小,利于爆破振动控制。短毫秒延时间隔能够实现爆破地震波能量大幅减小,并能优化爆破振动能量分布范围,趋向于高频方向发展。
