用直径圆盘试验评价小样品塑料粘结炸药拉伸性能的初步研究

摘要

On the basis of the mechanical model of diametric disc test,apreliminary study was made to test indirect tensions properties of seven TATB-based PBXs,including JB9014 etc.Results showed that sample discs teared across their disc center.Furthermore, this test method was proved to be able to effectively reflect a change tendency of the apparent tensile properties for JB9014 and the three modified PBXs based on JB9014.And it was two PBXs,we need to pay more attention to the JB9014 and the modified JB9014-G1 by comparison of tensile properties for the seven PBXs.%在圆盘试验的力学模型基础上，测定了JB9014等七种TATB基PBX的间接拉伸性能，为进一步完善该方法做了初步研究。结果显示：所有PBX均产生中心开裂现象，与该模型预测一致；同时该测试方法能有效地反映出JB9014及其经不同改性后得到的三种PBX的整体力学性能变化趋势。这说明圆盘试验方法适用于PBX。通过比较这七种PBX拉伸性能，认为JB9014及其改性的JB9014-G1应值得注意。
