大型电机螺纹连接的拧紧力矩及预紧力计算

摘要

简要介绍了大型电机螺纹连接的基本类型，并结合实例详细介绍了螺纹连接的拧紧力矩及预紧力计算过程，对计算值进行了现场验证，以便在电机设计、制造以及用户对电机现场安装、维护维修时，给出准确的螺纹拧紧力矩和预紧力值，为电机设计人员提供参考。%Fundamental type of threaded connection of large motor is briefly introduced in this paper, combined with examples calculation process of tightening torque and pretightening force of threaded connection are introduced, and calculated value is verified onsite, so as to give accurate threaded tightening torque and pretightening force for designing, manufacturing on-site installation and maintaining of the motor. Reference for the motor designer is also provided.
