曳引机永磁体粘接工艺改进

摘要

分析了在当前生产背景下的永磁体粘接工艺特点,并找出现有工艺存在的问题,对工艺优化进行可行性分析,设计优化实验,通过对比得出改进后的工艺方法更切实可行.%This paper analyzes bonding process characteristics of permanent magnets in current production background, finds out the problems existing in current technology. The feasibility analysis on process optimization is performed, and the optimal test is designed. The conclusion is given by comparison that the improved process method is more practicable.
