互联网＋模式下开放共享实验平台的设计与实现

摘要

The necessity and feasibility for opening and sharing platform based on mode of Internet of laboratory are analyzed.The development cycle from platform architecture to processing to key business, control process of hardware instruments and realization method for opening and sharing platform is discussed. According to the situation problem of opening and sharing,this paper proposes three-platform managing system ( top platform,policy platform and application platform ) and operating mechanism ( guarantee mechanism,evaluation mechanism,motivation mechanism and communication and coordination mechanism).At the same time,the sharing mode is designed according to the characteristic of instrument.%分析了建立互联网＋模式下开放共享实验平台的必要性和可行性，从开放共享平台的架构、关键业务的处理、硬件仪器的控制流程、开放共享平台的实施等方面探讨了开放共享平台建设的流程，并针对大型贵重仪器设备开放共享平台运行中存在的问题，从体制、保障机制、评价机制、激励机制、交流协作机制等方面提出建立大型贵重仪器设备开放共享的对策建议，并根据仪器的特点分别设计了相应的开放共享模式。
