抽油机变频节能控制实验平台开发

             

摘要

根据游梁式抽油机的工作特点,开发了一套抽油机变频节能控制实验平台.该实验平台基于交-直-交变换主电路,以dsPIC30F4011为控制核心,采用正弦波脉宽调制控制技术实现抽油机软启停,以及根据汲油率进行上、下冲程变频调速控制和"倒发电"时的馈能吸收再利用,从而达到节能增效的目的.该实验平台集成了开关电源、控制单元、键盘显示、检测与保护和功率模块驱动等功能单元,综合应用了电力电子、交流调速及计算机测控等相关专业知识,有助于学生深入学习和理解变频节能技术在抽油机采油中的应用及其控制系统设计方法,有利于培养和提高学生的工程实践能力.%According to the working characteristics of the beam pumping unit ,an experimental platform for frequency energy-saving control of the pumping unit is developed .This experimental platform is based on AC-DC-AC conversion main circuit ,and the dsPIC30F4011 is used as the control core .By using SPWM (sinusoidal pulse-width modulation) control technology ,the designed experimental platform can realize the soft start and stop of the pumping unit .According to the oil extraction rate ,the upper and lower stroke frequency control is conducted ,and the absorption and reuse of the energy from"Reversed power generation"are realized so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and efficiency . This experimental platform integrates the following functional units together :the switching power supply ,the control unit ,the keyboard and display ,detection and protection , the power module driver , etc . The comprehensive application of the related professional knowledge about power electronics , AC speed control , computer measurement and control , etc ., is conducted ,which can help the students to learn and understand deeply the frequency conversion and energy-saving technology applied to the oil extraction and the design method of the control system ,and can also help cultivate and improve their engineering practical ability .
