基于WSR方法论的高校实验室安全管理

摘要

为了提高高校实验室的安全管理水平,改善实验室安全管理现状,运用WSR方法论从物理(W)-事理(S)-人理(R)3个层面分析了高校实验室的安全管理要素;将管理要素进行层次划分,建立了高校实验室的安全管理评价指标体系.依据WSR工作流程,构建了基于WSR方法论的高校实验室安全管理运作模式,该管理模式有助于提高实验室安全管理水平,同时保证高校实验室安全管理工作的有效落实.%In order to raise the level of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities and improve the current situation of laboratory safety management, the safety management elements are analyzed by using the WSR methodology from the following 3 aspects: matter principle (Wuli), affair law(Shili) and human art(Renli).Through the hierarchical division of the management elements, the evaluation index system of safety management for university laboratories is established.According to the workflow of WSR, the operation mode of safety management for university laboratories is established based on WSR methodology.This management mode is beneficial to improve the management level of laboratory safety, and at the same time ensures the effective implementation of safety management work.
