基于平行双跑道运行的雷达管制模拟训练课程改革

摘要

The lack of teaching contents about multi-runways controlling as well as its weak connection with the actual operation during simulator trainings in Air Traffic Control specialty of Civil Aviation Universities leads to personnel training quality ineligible for competence demand of ATC units.Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes an innovational practice scheme about Radar Control Simulated Training course based on parallel runways, such as expanding and optimizing the airspace structure compared to former simulated training, as well as adjusting and drafting relevant control method and procedures, which can lay a solid foundation for students fitting job better after they work.%在我国民航院校管制专业的模拟机训练课程中,相关多跑道管制教学内容的缺失以及与实际运行结合的不足,容易导致人才培养质量无法满足空管单位的岗位能力需求.针对该问题,提出了基于双跑道运行的雷达管制模拟训练课程的改革方案,为学生更快、更好地适应工作岗位打下坚实基础.
