将工匠精神融入高职院校技能人才培养路径研究

摘要

In order to meet the demand for skilled talents in China in the process from a big manufacturing nation to a manufacturing power,a study on how to integrate the craftsman spirit into the skilled talent training in higher vocational colleges is carried out,and the contemporary value of the craftsman spirit integrated into the training of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges is discussed.On this basis,the realistic predicament of this integration is analyzed and the realistic path for this integration is put forward,i. e.,remodeling of the social value orientation,establishing the modern apprenticeship with enterprise leading, regaining the school training for craftsman spirit,creating the famous teachers and artisans team with the combination of full time and part time posts,stimulating students' subject consciousness,and building the quality of craftsmanship.%为满足我国由制造大国向制造强国迈进对技能型人才的需要,研究如何将工匠精神融入高职院校技能人才培养之中.分析了工匠精神融入高职院校技能人才培养的当代价值,在此基础上分析了工匠精神融入高职院校技能人才培养的现实困境,提出工匠精神融入高职院校技能人才培养的现实路径:重塑社会价值导向、企业主导现代师徒制、重拾工匠精神的学校培养、打造专兼结合的名师名匠团队、激发学生的主体意识,打造匠心品质.
