面向能力需求的军队院校实验教学改革

摘要

The current international strategic situation and the national security environment have undergone profound changes.The reform of national defense and military reform have put forward new requirements for the training of military colleges and universities.This paper proposes an experimental teaching reform idea of capacity-gap-decision analysis.Starting from the post requirements of students in the direction of command and control, a system of command capability requirements was established.The gaps in the teaching of existing experimental courses are compared and analyzed, and the integrated experimental process is designed from the characteristics of the command and control process.Suggestions were made on the experimental content, experimental organization, experimental platform and integrated environment.The teaching method is more in line with the students' innovative practice ability.%当前国际战略形势和国家安全环境发生着深刻变化, 国防和军队改革对军队院校人才培养提出了新的要求.该文提出了一种能力—差距—对策分析的实验教学改革思路, 从指挥控制专业方向学生的岗位任职需求出发, 建立了指挥能力需求体系, 对比分析了现有实验课程教学的差距, 从指挥控制流程的特点设计了一体化的实验流程, 对实验内容、实验组织、实验平台和集成环境提出了建议, 教学方式更加符合学生的岗位任职需要, 有助于提高学生的创新实践能力.
