This paper researches on the working principles of variable gain amplifier AD603,and the range of variable gain under the typical one stage or two stages circuits condition,and its performance parameters of two-stage low noise AGC amplifier.The main work focuses on the research methods to the practical circuits with Multisim,expounds the principles,methods and applications of AD603 by simulation,and consequently realizes to measure the parameters of AD603.The results match the design values and could be achieve the good performance to variable gain.%研究了程控放大器AD603的工作原理以及在典型一级、二级工作电路下增益调节范围和两级低噪声AGC放大电路的性能参数;主要侧重于基于Multisim对实际电路仿真的研究方法,通过仿真阐述了AD603调节增益的原理、方法及适用范围,实现了AD603的性能指标的测量,符合它的设计参数并能够很好地实现增益可控。
