复方苦参注射液辅助同期放化疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血中基质金属蛋白酶2、骨性碱性磷酸酶及血管内皮生长因子水平的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液辅助同期放化疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、骨性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响.方法:选取2015年11月至2018年2月丰城市人民医院收治的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.对照组患者给予同期放化疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液.观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后T细胞亚群指标(CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+)水平,血清MMP-2、B-ALP及VEGF水平.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为80.00%(24/30),明显高于对照组的53.33%(16/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者CD8+水平明显低于对照组,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清MMP-2、B-ALP及VEGF水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方苦参注射液辅助同期放化疗可有效降低局部晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血MMP-2、B-ALP及VEGF水平,调节机体免疫功能,提高临床疗效.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of compound Kushen injection assisted concurrent chemoradiotherapy on levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in peripheral blood of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS: 60 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted into Fengcheng People's Hospital from Nov. 2015 to Feb. 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 30 cases in each. The control group was given concurrent chemoradiotherapy, while the observation group was treated with compound Kushen injection based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, T cell subsets (CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) levels, serum MMP-2, B-ALP and VEGF levels of both groups before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 80.00% (24/30), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.33%, 16/30), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the CD8+ level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of observation group were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); after treatment, the serum MMP-2, B-ALP and VEGF levels of both groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment, and those of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compound Kushen injection assisted concurrent chemoradiotherapy can effectively reduce the MMP-2, B-ALP and VEGF levels in peripheral blood of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, regulate immunologic function and improve clinical efficacy.
