目的：总结临床药师在口腔颌面外科开展药学服务的经验，为临床药师开展药学服务的实践模式提供参考。方法：通过对口腔颌面外科具体工作内容进行总结，进一步规范药学实践操作规程。结果：临床药师深入临床工作日益完善，逐步得到患者与医务人员的认同，在药物选用、实验室检查结果解读、不良反应识别与处理、用药宣传及咨询等方面发挥作用。结论：临床药师通过指导临床合理用药工作，及时干预不合理用药现象，给医务人员和患者提供多种形式的药学服务，促进了临床合理用药。%OBJECTIVE:To summarize the experience of developing pharmaceutical service in oral and maxillofacial surgery by clinical pharmacists , so as to provide reference for the practice pattern of developing pharmaceutical service .METHODS: Through summarizing the specific work in oral and maxillofacial surgery , the operating procedure of pharmaceutical service were further regulated . RESULTS: The clinical work of clinical pharmacists had been improved steadily , and had been gradually recognized by the patients and medical personnel . Meanwhile , the clinical pharmacists played important roles in drug selection , interpretation of laboratory test results , recognition and treatment of adverse drug reactions , drug publicity and consultation , etc..CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmacists significantly promote the rational drug use through guiding the rational drug use in clinic , timely intervening the inappropriate drug use and providing various forms of pharmaceutical service for the medical staff and patients .
