临床药师对过量使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂致多种不良反应患者的药学监护

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the role of pharmaceutical care for one case with various adverse drug reactions induced by excessive use of salbutamol aerosol , so as to provide reference for clinical pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care for this kind of patients .METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the process of pharmaceutical care for one case with various adverse drug reactions induced by excessive use of salbutamol aerosol by clinical pharmacists .And then the clinical pharmacists assisted the clinicians to provide personalized treatment regimen .RESULTS: Under the guidance of clinical pharmacists , through optimize salbutamol treatment regimen , patients'blood sugar and heart rate turned to the normal level , asthma was under control and discharged after physical condition was stable .CONCLUSIONS: During the clinical treatment , the clinical pharmacists assist the clinicians to optimize treatment regimen through the guidance for patients'administration regimen , which effectively promote the rational drug use in clinic .%目的：探讨药学监护在沙丁胺醇气雾剂致多种不良反应治疗过程中发挥的作用，为临床药师在此类患者中开展药学监护提供借鉴。方法：回顾性分析临床药师对1例过量使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂致多种不良反应患者的药学监护过程，配合医师为患者提供了个体化治疗方案。结果：在临床药师的指导下，通过规范沙丁胺醇气雾剂的治疗方案，患者血糖及心率均恢复正常，哮喘病情得到控制，身体情况平稳后出院。结论：在临床治疗过程中，临床药师通过指导患者用药方案，帮助医师优化了治疗方案，有效促进临床合理用药。
