离心试验在产品可靠性检验中的应用

         

摘要

根据离心试验的特点,分析离心试验的失效机理,从而确定离心试验对于在实际使用中经受恒加速度环境的产品在实验室环境中进行考核的必要性。另外,由于离心试验的“无损”特性,认为离心试验作为一种工艺筛选手段对批量产品进行筛选从而在早期剔除存在某些工艺缺陷的产品是非常有效的,因此离心试验与环境应力筛选类似,也可以作为产品出厂可靠性检验的一种筛选方式。%According to the characteristic of centrifugal acceleration test, its invalidation mechanism is analyzed. It is determined that centrifugal acceleration test is necessary to do in the laboratory for the products which withstand constant acceleration environment in actual use. Furthermore, centrifugal acceleration test is very effective for weeding out the technologic defective products in the early as a technologic means to screen a batch of products because of its "lossless" feature. Therefore, centrifugal test is similar to environmental stress screening process and can also be used as a screening approach to check the reliability of the products in the factory stage.
