某星载设备冲击试验时底板结构变形分析

摘要

Aiming at the fault phenomenon in shock response spectrum trial of space born equipment, the stress mechanism is analyzed. Then through finite element simulating calculation, this paper find the cause of this unusual plastic deformation, and gives a measure to solve the problem, thus puts forward the problems should be noticed with the space born equipment when doing the shock resistance.%从某星载设备在冲击响应谱试验时底板产生塑性变形现象入手,分析了在冲击谱试验时设备的受力机理,分析底板变形的原因,并通过有限元仿真计算,最终给出了底板变形的原因及纠正措施,提出了星载设备在抗冲击设计时应注意的问题.
