无锡市太湖新城中心区生活垃圾转运站设计

     

摘要

在总占地面积为6 395 m2,可建设用地面积3 150 m2的选址内,太湖新城中心区建成了1座规模300 t/d的现代化转运站,该转运站采用“水平直接压缩装箱式工艺、全自动半潜推头式卸料槽、箱体地下提升及拉臂车转运的组合工艺方案”,采用“平进平出”工艺布置方案,既满足了太湖新城中心区垃圾转运需求,又实现了与无锡市区垃圾收运系统兼容.%A modernized waste transfer station with treating capability of 300 t/d was built in central district of Taihu New Town, and its total area was 6 395 m2, its area of land for construction was 3 150 m2. The combined process plan was used in the waste transfer station, which included waste container-loading technology with horizontal direct compactor, unload tank with automatic semi-submersible push device, container hoisted underground, and hooklift transport vehicle. And its distribution plan was arrivals and departure at the same leveL The process plan not only meets the need of waste transference in central district of Taihu New Town, but also realizes compatibility of waste collection and transportation system in Wuxi.
