贵州省仁怀名酒工业园区环境污染第三方治理探析

摘要

Targeting to tackle the difficulties in the management and the financing for the pollution treatment facilities in Guizhouˊs industrial parks ,this paper choose Guizhou Renhuai Mingjiu Indus-trial Park as a case for studying the mechanism for pollution treatment facilities operated by profes-sional third parties based on the analysis on the current situation of the sewage treatment ,capital op-eration,and the running performance in the industrial park. This paper proposed a new perspective of the third party operation mechanism suitable for the present stage ,therefore providing a theoretical reference for the operation of the pollution treatment facilities in the whole provinceˊs industrial parks.%针对当前贵州省园区治污设施运维管理问题多、环保资金缺口大等突出问题，通过对贵州仁怀名酒工业园区第三方治理情况进行调研，分析该园区废水连片治理、资金运作及运营效果等模式特点与存在问题，提出现阶段第三方治理工作思路，为开展全省园区治污设施第三方运营提供理论参考。
