稻田生态系统多功能性价值评估方法体系研究

     

摘要

Since the multifunction of paddy ecosystem has been recognized, its evaluation has become a new hot spot, but the methodology system has not formed yet. Based on the existing literature, paddy ecosystem services were divided into four categories: supply, regulation, support and cultural services, and were refined into 11 indicators for evaluation. The value of social security and domestic waste disposal shouldn't be ignored. At the same time, negative values were integrated into the methodology system of paddy ecosystem valuation, namely evaluation of the negative external costs caused by agricultural chemical pollution, water consumption, greenhouse gases emission and land reclamation from lakes. The paper was aimed to propose the most update and comprehensive evaluation methodology of paddy ecosystem, to improve the valuation results, and to enhance public awareness of the value of multifunctional paddy ecosystem.%生态系统服务价值评估多集中于森林和湿地生态系统,随着稻田生态系统的多功能性得到认同,其价值评估成为新热点,但目前还未形成统一的价值评估方法体系.文章在已有的国内外研究的基础上,将稻田生态系统服务功能划分为供给、调节、支持及文化服务4大类功能,并细化为11项指标进行评估,其中社会保障和处理生活废弃物的价值不能忽略.同时,文章将少有学者研究的负面效益纳入稻田生态系统评估方法体系中,包括对农用化学品污染、水资源消耗、温室气体排放及围湖造田4方面带来的负面经济价值分别进行评估,旨在提出最新且全面的稻田生态系统多功能性价值评估方法体系,解决估值结果相差甚远、科学性欠佳的现状,并提高公众对稻田生态系统多功能性价值的认识.
