MFI型纳米分子筛对重金属生物有效性的影响

             

摘要

利用小型鱼日本青鳉考察MFI型纳米分子筛对有毒重金属离子(Cu2+、Cd2+)生物有效性的影响,并通过静态平衡实验探讨MFI型纳米分子筛对重金属的吸附行为.暴露3d,MFI型纳米分子筛可降低Cu2、Cd2+的生物有效性;暴露10 d,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+、Cd2+生物有效性的影响减小;清除7d后,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+有促进清除的作用,而对Cd2+清除无促进作用.静态平衡实验中比较了MFI型纳米分子筛与4A分子筛的吸附行为,结果发现,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+、Cd2的吸附性能远小于4A分子筛.结果表明,全硅型纳米分子筛难以有效降低重金属的生物有效性,其机制可能与分子筛组成有关.%Influence of MFI nano-zeolite on the bioaccumulation of waterborne Cu2+ and Cd2+ was investigated in medaka fish static exposure experiment. The results indicated that the bioaccumulation of tested metals was reduced by MFI nano-zeolite after 3 days exposure. Nevertheless, significant decrease in that influence was observed after 10 days of exposure. Additionally, clearance of copper and cadmium from medaka body could not be changed by MFI nano-zeolite. The adsorption behavior of MFI nano-zeolite was compared with the commercial 4A zeolite in static adsorption experiment. Results showed that the adsorption capacity of nano-zeolite for Cu2+ and Cd2+ was lower than that of 4A zeolite. This experiment suggested that the bioavailability of Cu2+ and Cd2+ may not be altered by MFI nano-zeolite treatment,in which the mechanism could mainly be attributed to their composition.
