近红外光谱(NIR)分选技术在塑料分选领域的应用

     

摘要

Plastic sorting is one of the key sections of plastic recycling.The accurate,efficicnt,green and economical plastics sorting method is regarded as an important research direction for the sustainable development of plastics recycling industry.Near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology (NIR) can achieve non-destructive,fast,accurate and stable online detection,which provides excellent ideas for automatic,large-scale and intelligent sorting.In this paper,the application progress and development trend of NIR in the field of plastic sorting and other photoelectric separation technologies are introduced concisely,in order to provide new thoughts for future research.%塑料分选是塑料回收利用的关键环节.精确、高效、绿色、经济的分选方法是塑料回收行业实现可持续发展的重要途径.利用近红外光谱(NIR)分析技术可以实现无损、快速、准确、稳定的在线检测,这为塑料分选的自动化、规模化、智能化提供了新思路.简述了红外光谱分析技术及其他光电分选技术在塑料分选领域的应用进展,以期为今后塑料分选技术的研发推广提供参考.
