新型污染物洛克沙胂对厌氧/好氧(A/O)生物除磷的影响及其作用机理研究

         

摘要

近年来,洛克沙胂作为兽用药物添加剂被广泛应用,进而会聚集于污水处理系统.由于洛克沙胂对污水生物除磷的影响研究尚未明确,采用序批式反应器探究洛克沙胂对污水生物除磷的影响及其相关机理.实验结果表明洛克沙胂对生物除磷具有抑制作用,且当洛克沙胂的质量浓度为90 mg/L时,除磷效率仅为64.6%.机理研究表明洛克沙胂可抑制厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷,进而造成除磷效率的下降.此外,洛克沙胂还可抑制内聚产物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的合成.进一步研究表明洛克沙胂的存在可导致聚磷菌(PAO)数量的减少.%Recently,roxarsone,serving as additives of veterinary drugs,has been widely used,and then accumulates in wastewater treatment system.However,the effect of roxarsone on biological phosphorus removal (BRP) remains unknown.This paper investigated the impact of roxarsone on BPR and its corresponding mechanism in sequencing batch reactor.Experimental results showed roxarsone inhibited the removal efficiency of biological phosphorus,and when roxarsone was 90 mg/L,the BPR efficiency was only 64.6%.Mechanism investigation suggested that roxarsone inhibited the release of anaerobic-P and the uptake of oxic-P,thereby caused the decrease of BPR.In addition,roxarsone inhibited the biosynthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA).Further investigation showed that the presence of roxarsone decreased the abundance of phosphorus accumulating organisms (PAO).
