In order to study the influence of the flocculants on the activity of activated sludge,this study investigated the effect of polyaluminium chloride (PAC),polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) on the COD removal rate and activity of dehydrogenase and catalase.The results indicated that the activity of dehydrogenase and catalase were inhibited with dosing of PAC at 10 mg/L,while those were enhanced with dosing of PFS at 10 mg/L and CPAM at 0.1 mg/L.However,during the later stage of reaction,the activity of dehydrogenase and catalase slowly decreased due to the toxicity accumulation of PFS and CPAM in activated sludge microorganisms.The COD removal rate decreased in the PAC system,but increased in the CPAM and PFS system,and the COD removal rate in PFS system was slightly higher than that of CPAM.%为了研究絮凝剂对污泥活性的影响,考察了SBR反应器中投加聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对脱氢酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性以及COD去除率的影响.结果表明,投加10 mg/L的PAC对污泥中脱氢酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均有不同程度的抑制作用;投加10 mg/L的PFS和0.1 mg/L的CPAM对脱氢酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性有明显的促进作用,但由于其在活性污泥微生物体内的毒性累积作用,在接触后期活性呈现缓慢降低趋势.PAC系统抑制了COD的去除,而CPAM和PFS促进了系统中COD的去除,且PFS对系统中COD的去除率略大于CPAM.
