热管分体式气-气加热器换热试验研究

摘要

热管分体式气—气加热器（ Heat Pipe Gas－gas Heater，简称HGGH）是一类应用广泛的气体再热设备。为验证HGGH的换热能力，根据相似原理对试验模型进行换热性能热工测试及结果分析。通过对测试结果的分析与计算，得到受检试验模型的对流换热系数取值范围，对理论模拟结果起到验证的作用，也为HGGH的市场推广提供了可靠的技术支撑。%Split-type heat pipe gas - gas heater ( HGGH in abbreviation) is a widely applied type of gas reheat� In order to verify the heat transfer ability of HGGH , according to the Similar Principle, to test the model of its heat transfer performance and to analyze the results� Base on the analysis and calculation of test data, the heat transfer coefficient value range of test model is been calculated, The purpose of verifying the theoretical calculation these results will give a reliable technical support for HGGH's market promotion.
