后危机时代全球价值链视角下我国中小企业产业集群升级研究

摘要

美国次贷危机引发的全球金融风暴使国内众多的中小企业产业集群遭受重创,产业集群的升级问题引起了各方面的关注。随着生产国际化进程的加快,世界价值创造体系在全球范围内进行着前所未有的垂直分离与重构,各地的产业集群或被动或主动地融入了全球经济体系之中。全球价值链理论为我国产业集群的升级提供了一个崭新的研究视角。本文阐述了金融危机背景下我国中小企业产业集群所面临的困境,运用全球价值链理论分析了我国中小企业产业集群升级的路径,并提出了相应的升级对策。%Many domestic industry clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises were seriously hit by the global financial storm initiated by America subprime crisis,and the upgrade of industrial clusters attract attentions of all aspects.With the speeding up of production internationalization,the world value creation system is undergoing unprecedented vertical separation and reconstruction,and industrial clusters in all regions have passively or actively entered global economic system.The theory of global value chain provides a new research perspective for the upgrade of Chinese industrial cluster.This paper elaborated the plight of our country＇s industry clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises under the context of global financial crisis,analyzed the upgrading path by using the theory of global value chain,and proposed the relevant upgrading countermeasure.
