我国中小高新技术企业融资分析——基于创业板市场推出

摘要

The new high-tech enterprise has important influence on improving the national competitiveness,and become leading strength that promotes the development of social economi development.Difficult financing problem is a bottleneck to limit the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Directed at the financing characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,coupled with the new situation after Growth Enterprise Market（GEM） is introduced,this paper analyzes the problems facing GEM financing,and put forward suggestions for improve the financing state for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises under the new situation.%高新技术企业对于提高国家的竞争力具有重要影响,已经成为推动社会经济发展的主导力量,而融资难问题已经成为限制中小高新技术企业发展的瓶颈。本文针对中小高新技术企业的融资特点,结合创业板市场推出后的新形势,分析利用创业板融资所面临的问题,提出新形势下改善中小高新技术企业融资状况的建议。
