西门子PLC与ABB变频器之间模拟量控制的应用

摘要

从系统功能、硬件结构和软件设计3个方面，详细介绍了一种基于西门子 S7-300 PLC的调速系统。结合西门子MP277触摸屏，实现ACS800变频器的模拟量控制，并成功将系统应用在耐久性能试验设备上，运行效果良好。%In this paper,a kind of speed regulation system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC is intro-duced in detail from three aspects of the system functions,hardware structure and software de-sign.Combined with the Siemens MP277 touch screen,the analog control of ACS800 frequency converter is realized.The system is applied successfully on durability test equipment,and the op-eration effect is very good.
