The factors effecting on the processing of phenolic foam are discussed , and the optimum technical conditions are deter-mined. As a result, several kinds of phenolic foam products with excellent properties and complicated shape are produced.%探讨了影响酚醛泡沫塑料成型加工的各种因素，确定了最佳工艺条件，制备出综合性能优良、形状复杂的酚醛泡沫塑料浇铸制品。
