Moldflow软件在注塑模具CAE中的应用

摘要

The application of Moldflow in CAE technology of injection mould was introduced with a frontal panel of MP3 as example. How to make simulation analysis and predict the filling process of melted plastic and some defects such as weld lines, air traps and warp by using the analysis results were narrated to provide approach for mold design and the determination of processing parameters.%以一款MP3前面板为例,介绍Moklflow软件在注塑模具CAE中的应用,叙述如何用该软件进行模流分析,如何利用分析结果预测熔体填充过程及可能出现的熔接痕、气穴、翘曲等缺陷,为模具设计及注塑工艺的确定提供参考.
