基于CAD/CAE的手机后盖注射模具优化设计

         

摘要

Optimal structure design of injection mold for mobile phone back cover was completed by using mold design module of Pro/E based on moldflow analysis, and it ensured the coordinate relationship of each mould components when the mould was in motion. The results showed that adopting CAD/CAE technology could directly carry out optimal design of plastic parts to mould, shortened plastic parts development cycle, and improved the quality of plastic parts.%在Moldflow分析的基础上,利用Pro/E的模具设计模块完成手机后盖塑料件模具结构优化设计,确保了模具运行时各元件间的协调关系.结果表明,采用CAD/CAE技术能直接进行塑料件到模具的优化设计,缩短了塑料件开发周期.提高了塑料件的质量.
