聚酰亚胺/聚全氟乙丙烯层压复合材料摩擦性能研究

     

摘要

Polyimide/fluorinated ethylene propylene (PI/FEP) laminated composites were fabricated by means of hot-press molding. The tribological properties of this kind of material have been investigated by MHK-500 model ring-on-block wear test rig at different loads and sliding velocities. The variation of friction coefficient with sliding time was analyzed in detail. The worn surface morphologies of samples were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the wear mechanisms were discussed. The results showed that PI/FEP laminated composites possessed good tribological properties and short running-in time. The friction coefficient of samples changed with sliding time. Moreover, it depended on load and sliding velocity. The steady friction coefficients ranged from 0.2 -0.3. Wear rates were lower than 7 × 10-6 mm3/( N· m) and increased with the increase of load and sliding velocity.%用热压法制备了聚酰亚胺/聚全氟乙丙烯层压复合材料.用磨损试验机在不同滑动速率、负载下研究了其摩擦学性能.对不同负载、滑动速率下的摩擦系数随时间的变化进行了详细分析.用扫描电子显微镜观测了试样的磨损面并分析了其摩擦机理.实验结果表明,该材料具有优良的摩擦学性能并且磨合时间很短.摩擦系数随时间变化,并且与负载和滑动速率有关.稳态摩擦系数介于0.2 ~0.3之间,磨损率低于7 × 10-6mm3/(N·m),且随负载和滑动速率增加而增加.
