带完整内螺纹瓶盖注塑模具设计

摘要

According to the complex structure of plastic bottle cap with internal thread,the pin gate position was confirmed by using the Moldflow analyse software. The design issues of side core-withdrawn mechanism and thread demoulding mechanism and the mold working principle were mainly elaborated. Ihe problems such as the difficulty of automatic demoulding of fully internl thread plastic piece were solved successfully by using the plastic piece seetion lock rotate mechanisum, and the quality and production efficiency of plastic pieces were improved.%针对结构较复杂的带内螺纹塑料瓶盖,应用模流分析软件Moldflow确定点浇口的具体位置,并着重阐述了侧抽芯机构、脱螺纹机构的设计要点和模具工作原理,通过采用塑料件断面止转结构,成功解决了完整内螺纹塑料件自动脱模困难等问题,提高了塑料件质量和生产效率.
