高光泽阻燃聚丙烯的表面析出研究

摘要

The surface precipitation behaviors of flame retardant in high gloss polypropylene were studied. The results showed that the types of compatilizer, circumstance temperature and storage time were mainly influences on the surface precipitation behaviors of formulation system of PP/BDDP/Sb2O3. Moreover, the surface precipitation behaviors reduced the flame retardant property of PP to some extent.%对高光泽阻燃聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃剂析出行为进行了研究.实验表明,对于PP/四溴双酚A二(2,3-二溴丙基)醚/三氧化二锑配方体系,增容剂的种类、环境温度、放置时间等均为影响析出的重要因素.阻燃剂的析出在一定程度上削弱了PP的阻燃性能.
