结构增强木塑板材的力学性能无损检测

         

摘要

以回收高密度聚乙烯和杨木纤维加工而成有、无加强筋的木塑板材试件,运用3种振动无损检测方法测试其动态弹性模量,并依据美国材料试验标准D790-03通过三点弯曲实验获得静态弹性模量.阐述了加强筋对3种振动无损检测弹性模量的影响,分析了3种木塑板材的动态弹性模量与其静态弹性模量的相关性.结果表明,加强筋能够增强木塑板材的强度,并且振动无损检测法适合木塑板材及其结构增强板材的检测.%Three vibration nondestructive testing(NDT) methods were used on the plates with stiffener and without, which were made of recycled high-density polyethylene and poplar fibers. The values of dynamic Young's modulus of all specimens were measured by three different NDT methods on a FFT system, and the static modulus of elasticity(MOE) were measured by three-point bending test according to the ASTM standard D 790 -03. The variability of the dynamic Young's modulus of the specimens with stiffener and without obtained by three NDT methods were analyzed, and the correlativity was also estimated between the dynamic Young's modulus and the static MOE of the same specimens. These results suggest that the intensity of the plates could be enhanced by stiffeners, and the three NDT methods could be appropriate to estimate the dynamic Young's modulus of the plates with stiffener and without.
