基于专利数据的聚苯醚产业分析

摘要

Patents on polyphenylene oxide(PPE) were analyzed and studied based on the application date, area, major applicant, and technical characteristic. It showed that PPE industry focused on modified PPE, while America, Japan and Germany had controlled the complete techniques of PPE from the polymerization to the modification, therefore technical barriers had been mounted.It was suggested that the domestic enterprises and research institutions must combine to achieve the industrial production of PPE, and continually promote the research and development for modified PPE.%基于聚苯醚(PPE)专利数据,从专利申请的时间分布、地区分布、主要申请人、技术构成等角度详细剖析了PPE专利技术的整体发展态势.研究表明,PPE产业的发展重点在于PPE的合戍和改性PPE,美、日、德三国全面垄断了从PPE合成到PPE改性的关键技术,在各个方面形成技术壁垒.建议国内企业和研究机构形成产业合力,尽快实现PPE的规模化生产,并在已有的技术基础上,继续推进和加快改性PPE的研发步伐.
