通过Haake转矩流变仪考察了不同抗氧剂及其添加量对聚丙烯(PP)热氧化分解的影响,筛选出抗氧效果优良的抗氧剂体系,并添加到滑石粉填充PP中,考察在150℃、113次/h换气速率条件下的热氧老化性能.研究发现,抗氧剂含量及接触面积对材料的热氧老化具有显著的影响,且转矩变化的时间与长期热氧老化有一定对应关系.这种测试转矩变化的方法,简单易行,准确可靠,能准确反映材料的热氧老化性能,转矩变化能作为抗老化性能的初步测定的通用方法.%By haake torque rheometer, the effect of the addition of different antioxidants on the decomposition of polypropylene thermal oxidation was examined, and the excellent antioxidant system was selected. Adding the antioxidant to the talc filled PP,the thermal aging properties of the material was examined under the condition of 150℃, 113 times/h ventilation rate. The test results indicated that antioxidant content and interface had a significant effect on the thermal oxidative aging, and the torque change had a certain correspondence. With thermal aging time the method of testing torque change was simple, accurate and reliable, and the test result could truly reflect thermal aging properties of samples, and it could be used as a general method for preliminarily evaluating antioxidation property of polymers.
