磷氮复配无卤阻燃聚苯醚合金的研究

         

摘要

采用固体阻燃剂间苯二酚双[二(2,6-二甲苯基)磷酸酯](RXP)及其与三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MCA)的复配阻燃剂,制备了无卤阻燃聚苯醚/高抗冲聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体(PPE/PS-HI/SBS)合金,通过氧指数、水平垂直燃烧、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能等测试分析方法,考察了PPE/PS-HL/SBS合金的阻燃性能和力学性能等,并探讨了阻燃机理.结果表明,阻燃剂RXP能明显提升合金的阻燃性能,在其用量为16质量份(PPE/PS-HL/SBS为100质量份)时,阻燃等级达到UL94 V-0级.当MCA、RXP两者质量比为1/3-1/2时,两者有很好的协同阻燃效果,当复配阻燃剂的用量为16份时,阻燃等级达到UL 94 Ⅴ-0级,同时弥补了阻燃剂RXP对力学性能和热学性能的负面影响.%Resorcinol bis ( di-2,6-xyryl phosphate) (RXP) and composite additive of RXP and melamine cyanurate (MCA) were selected to prepare flame retardant PPE/PS-HI/SBS resin. The flame retardance, heat resistance and mechanical properties of the resin were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI) and vertical burning method (UL 94 V), SEM and mechanical test, and its retardant mechanism was discussed also. The results showed that the compound had optimal flame retardancy with flammability rating of UL 94 V -0, when 16% RXP or 16% RXP/MAC (with ration of 1/3 and 1/2) were incorporated into PPE/PS-HI/SBS resin. The mechanical properties and thermal properties of the resin were also improved with the addition of MAC.
