采用分子筛与磷酸酯类阻燃剂(P-2)复配制备了高耐热、无卤阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金.研究了4A分子筛、13X分子筛与P-2复配对Pc/ABs合金阻燃性能、力学性能、热稳定性能的影响.结果表明,分子筛与P-2的复配能有效地缩短PC/ABS合金余焰燃烧时间;分子筛使PC/ABS合金体系的韧性降低,刚性提高,耐热性能提高;P-2与经偶联剂处理的4A分子筛复配而成的阻燃剂的性能较好.%Halogen-free flame retardant Polycarbenate (PC)/ Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS) alloy was prepared by using zeolites and phosphates flame retardant( P - 2). Influences of P - 2 and zeolites( including 4A and 13X) on behavior of flame resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance of PC/ABS alloy were studied. Flame resistance test showed that the P -2/zeolites composite flame retardant shortened the burning time of PC/ABS alloy effectively. Compared with PC/ABS/P -2, the toughness of PC/ABS/P - 2/zeolites was worse, stiffness and heat resistance was better. The flame retardancy of P - 2/modified 4A composite flame retardant was superior.
